Our Rug Spa cleans your rug and it comes out like new!
We have a passion for rugs whether it be natural or synthetic, hand or machine made, Persian or Indian, $10 or $10,000 – we understand that your rug is an important part of your home.
We understand that some rugs may contain contaminants like “puppy piddle” and our in-house rug spa enables us to give your rug the thorough, detailed clean it deserves. Your rug will be given a full inspection prior to the cleaning process which includes:
- Pre-inspection, looking for any signs of damage or staining
- Vacuuming both sides with a HEPA filtered vacuum cleaner
- Dusting your rug with our unique Rug Badger
- Re-vacuuming both sides of your rug
- Moving rug over to the pre-treating spa
- Pre-treat stains as necessary
- Pre-spray shampoo
- Massage shampoo throughout the fibres
- Submerge rug into the spa if required
- Thoroughly rinse and extract shampoo
- Move rug to the drying racks
- Groom rug when dry
- Re-inspect rug
- Re-vacuum rug
This service is repeated if necessary. We do not give a rug back until we are 100% satisfied.
